Individual support in English

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I offer individual coaching and support tailored to your personal needs. Sessions can take place at home, at school, at work, online, or in another setting that feels comfortable and practical for you. Together, we look at what fits best within your situation.

My coaching focuses on creating more calmness, structure, insight, and balance in your daily life. Whether you or your child deals with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivity, stress, overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck, we work together to find practical ways forward.

In most cases, we meet weekly, as consistency is important in creating lasting progress and stability.

Is my support right for you?
I work with children, teenagers, and adults with (suspected) autism, ADHD, high sensitivity, or other forms of sensory sensitivity. I also support people who simply recognise themselves in my way of working and are looking for more peace, clarity, and balance in their lives.

Parents are very welcome as well. I offer practical guidance and support to help you better understand and support your child in everyday life. Together, we look at what is needed to create more peace and calm, and structure at home.

As someone who completed both the IGCSE and International Baccalaureate programmes at an international school in Rotterdam, I also have a personal understanding of the international and expat environment. This helps me connect easily with internationally minded families, students, and young people who may feel caught between cultures, expectations, or different ways of communicating.

How I Can Help:

  • Understanding yourself: Sometimes it can be difficult to understand why you think, feel, or react the way you do. I help you gain more insight into yourself, so daily life feels calmer and more manageable.

  • Understanding what is happening in your mind: Thoughts and emotions can feel chaotic or overwhelming. Together, we create more clarity and overview.

  • Creating structure: We look at ways to bring more structure into your day or week, so you know what to expect and feel more grounded.

  • Social situations: Conversations and social interactions are not always easy. Together, we explore what works for you, practice skills, and help situations feel less stressful or confusing.

  • Managing sensory overload: Noise, crowds, light, or other sensory input can have a big impact. We work together to find strategies that help you cope better with sensory sensitivity.

  • School, study, or work: I support you with planning, structure, organisation, and finding a way of working or learning that suits you.

  • Coping with change: Changes and uncertainty can create a lot of stress. I help make things feel clearer and more manageable, step by step.

  • Healthy routines and self-care: We look at routines that support your well-being, such as sleep, nutrition, relaxation, and balance.

  • Stress and emotions: I help you recognise and understand your emotions, put them into words, and learn healthier ways to cope with stress and tension.

  • Creating a safe and calming environment: Together, we explore what you need in your surroundings to feel safe, comfortable, and regulated.

  • Making choices: When everything feels overwhelming, I help you create overview and make decisions in a calm and structured way.

My guidance is personal, thoughtful, and always tailored to your situation. We combine practical tools with space to reflect on what is really going on underneath, so that insight can also lead to real change in daily life.

Feel free to contact me for a no-obligation introductory conversation. I would be happy to listen to your story.
